Yes. That`s true. We grow our own vegetables, make our own olive oil, use the fruit of our own fruit-trees. We know that this makes us very unique here in the northern part of Cyprus. And we are proud of it.

But what is organic food without somebody who knows how to use it? We are happy to have found our cypriot chef Altan who truely believes in quality. He has grown up in his parents restaurant in Cyprus before he went to widen his culinary horizon in Europe where he worked in different restaurants. His way of cooking combines the true Cypriot kitchen with the European sense for quality. He also caters for different types of diets and vegetarian dishes are one of his specialities.

Hilarion Village is beautifully positioned in the Five Fingers mountain range with St. Hilarion Castle as a dramatic backdrop, it is surrounded by cypress, pine, carob and olive trees and offers a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline including the pretty harbour town of Kyrenia (Girne), just eight miles away.

The on-site swimming pool invites to take a refreshing dip, sun loungers around the pool give the opportunity to relax in between excursions and the barman is always eager to get you a nice cool drink. Our restaurant is open for everybody and we are proud to say that it is frequented by non-resident holidaymakers and local people as well as by our guests.
